I found staffs very friendly. They were helpfull and knowlegeable. The reception area possesses a warm ambient. It feels inviting and I sensed a soft comfort. The free coffee, I drank in the morning, was perfect for me.

I found the quality quite low for the price. Even though a suite, the room appears a little small. I heard the floor creaked loudly at every step. The slanted ceiling makes it difficult for any movement.

The reception area offers a calming space for reading and games. Free wine was available between 5-6pm adding a pleasant touch. I appreciated the convenient location less than ten minutes from the central station. Staff members were consistently cute and helpful making my stay easy.

The location proved very convenient with many restaurants located nearby. i loved the wine hour that the hotel offered (it was a super nice touch!). the room was beautiful and clean. the staff were amazing and helpful. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

the sink drain looked a bit broken, and i needed to adjust it to prevent it from filling up.

the staff was friendly and cute. the beds were very comfortable. continental breakfast was enough and lovely with unlimited coffee and tea. you could also grab a breakfast to take away or have it delivered to your room.

the doors always slammed. i could hear whenever anyone came and went as the doors did not close quietly. this was very irritating as it would wake me up late at night. the bathroom was not cleaned properly. there was toothpaste or something similar on the showerhead.

The staff was friendly, i found them helpful when i asked for directions. The wine hour each evening in the lobby was a plus. My room was clean, i appreciated the daily service. There were convenient transit links nearby , so i could move easily around the city.

The bathroom was a bit small , so maneuvering around was tight.

The location was superb. i found several great restaurants nearby, it was a foodie paradise! the free tea and coffee in the morning were such a treat. I really loved that perk. the beds were comfortable. I slept like a baby!

i noticed the hallways echoed a bit, making door slams quite loud.
