fantastic stay near everything
convenient transport excellent breakfast friendly staff
I was thrilled with how close the hotel is to public transport. The train station is right across from the shopping mall! the metro station is also just a quick walk. It made getting around so easy. breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. Alan was especially friendly and helpful each morning!
I did notice the shower wasn't fully sealed. Some water leaked into the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious with huge windows. A fantastic view is guaranteed from them. daily cleaning is done. Fresh towels and complimentary water bottles for each guest are provided, and the soundproofing is excellent.

The location is unbeatable. It is very close to the airport, and reaching the city center is easy! the metro station is within a short walk, as is a large shopping center.

The staff are professional and very accommodating. Mariano at the front desk helped me check in early, so kind! the restaurant staff at breakfast are cordial, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. I appreciated their help.

The hotel had a shopping center nearby. It made grabbing essentials convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of delicious foods. i appreciated that the staff was very friendly and helpful. i really loved the proximity to a train station for easy access to the city center.

The room was spacious. The climate control system in the room worked well. I found complimentary water was a nice touch. The hotel has a bar and restaurants. The train station is a short walk away. It made getting to the airport very easy.
The windows had some dirt on them.

gluten-free options high floor
The breakfast offered many choices, specifically good gluten-free and dairy-free options. I stayed on a very high floor, and the view was a nice bonus (I could see for miles!).

Acceptable, but far from excellent
missing minibar unexplained reservation
The breakfast buffet was acceptable I found a few items to enjoy.
The room had no minibar, just a small refrigerator and I thought a minibar was standard. The receptionist asked for my card details for a security deposit assuring me only a small amount would be reserved. I found an additional amount reserved on my account later I contacted the hotel for clarification but received no response.
