Guests consistently praise Phoenix Copenhagen's excellent location, finding it easily walkable to attractions like Nyhavn and Amalienborg, as well as convenient to the metro. The spacious rooms and bathrooms, some featuring double sinks, are frequently mentioned, with Junior Suites even offering views of Amalienborg and access to an Executive Lounge with complimentary afternoon cake and evening snacks. the LOCATION is convenient. it is close to many attractions and public transport.
the room was smaller than expected. i kept bumping into things, REALLY annoying. the bathroom shower was awkward to use because of the high tub edge. i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. the overall value did not quite match the price.

The location proved excellent. It was close to many attractions (a real plus!). The staff at the front desk offered polite and helpful service. The building is beautiful.
The room felt a bit worn. The carpet looked used. There were not enough electrical sockets (a minor inconvenience).
