Charming stay Near Central Station
helpful staff ginger shots perfect location
The staff was super helpful and friendly. I especially liked the ginger shots and elderflower juice that were available during breakfast. This was very welcome in the winter. The location near the station and Tivoli Gardens was useful. I could easily walk anywhere.
The trains caused some vibration. I read about this, I still decided to try the hotel. I am a light sleeper so with earplugs, I did not sleep well.

The room was cozy and quiet. I found the bed comfortable, the shower was hot. The hotel room included a wardrobe. It also featured blackout curtains.

The staff was attentive and friendly. I liked that self-check-in and self-luggage storage was simple. The staff provided coffee. They also had hot water for tea all day at reception.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. This included fresh fruit salad. There was also Danish meat pie available. I appreciated the selection of bread. There was also a Muesli bar.

a somewhat underwhelming stay
the location really is quite convenient to the train station. you can't argue with that.
my room felt rather cramped and overlooked, particularly given what i paid. the noise from outside persisted throughout the night. i wished i'd packed earplugs.

decent location, but the room was underwhelming
convenient location breakfast included poor sound insulation outdated room
the location near the train station was definitely convenient. breakfast was included.
The room i got felt really outdated. it looked like it hadn't been updated in years and lacked proper sound insulation. I could hear every train passing by, even late into the night. it made getting a good night's sleep a challenge.

location is good, but some issues
dirty bed linens bathroom mold
the location was really convenient to the central station.
The room wasn't that clean, i noticed spots and hairs on the bed linens. the bathroom ventilation also had a lot of dust. There was some black mold, too. yikes.
