The location was PERFECT! i was able to easily walk to major attractions and the waterfront was right across the street. breakfast had a fantastic selection, and i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and wide variety of cheeses. plus, the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants.

The elevators were a bit slow. There was often a short wait.

the location was acceptable! the hotel is near many attractions.

The room was small. there were no drawers for clothes. we had to keep our suitcase on the floor. It was inconvenient. the bedside tables were also too small for much of anything.

Location was superb. The water view and its minute's walk from stroget was amazing. the staff were warm, cute and efficient, one of a kind. the rooms were crisp and clean. I ABSOLUTELY adored the sumptuous spread for breakfast that included interesting local options.

the location of the hotel is superb. the breakfast choice was extensive with high quality produce. i especially enjoyed the make-your-own hot chocolate bar the danish way. it was super strong and hot, just what i needed!

the rooms do not have air conditioning, so humid days felt warm. the room felt a bit musty and damp. it wasn't the most comfortable situation.

the room I had faced an office building. People could see straight IN, I was like. this. also, the checkout was weird. i asked for a SMALL extension but they refused, even though they had rooms available. this Felt pretty inflexible.
