a gem in the city center
warm smile fresh pastry good escape
The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. breakfast included fresh pastries and various fruits. the evening courtyard was a good escape, i could unwind after exploring. shops and restaurants are a short distance away. This made exploring convenient.
the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant odor upon my arrival. i thought the toilet needed a deep clean. i think using a strong bleach product could solve this problem.

the breakfast buffet featured a good array of freshly baked bread. it also featured eggs prepared in different styles and various meats. yogurt and fresh fruit rounded out the delicious and plentiful offerings.

The hotel provided convenient luggage storage. i found this particularly helpful with my late flight. bike rentals were available wanting to explore the city at their own pace. This was a very nice service.

a wonderful stay!
beautiful ornaments helpful service cozy lounge
The room had beautiful ornaments and thoughtful decorations (I fell in love with the little details). The staff provided warm, friendly, and helpful service consistently. I left luggage in the secure storage after checkout and relaxed in the cozy lounge later.
The breakfast area felt a little cramped when it was busy.

The room was spacious enough, and it was recently renovated with simple, beautiful furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. IT was quiet.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being within walking distance of both the train station and Tivoli Gardens, made transportation and sightseeing easy. Umbrellas are available at the reception to use during rainy weather, a thoughtful touch. A lounge is available for drinks.

mixed feelings about the stay
the location was decent because it was close to the train station.
it was also an inconvenience that the rooms were on different floors because i booked 10 months in advance.

fantastic stay!
great location convenient restaurant fresh honeycomb
the location was amazing, just a quick walk to the central station. i found lots of great restaurants super close by (it was so convenient!). i especially liked the fresh honeycomb at breakfast. It was delicious and beautiful.
the room was smaller than i expected for the price. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. i also really don't like shower curtains (they feel a bit outdated).

open seating friendly staff
The open air seating area added a nice touch. I appreciated the front desk staff. They kept my lost Apple Watch safe. Breakfast had freshly cut fruits and charcuterie. The tea brand available was Pukka.
The lift seemed old.

The staff members were kind. They were available when needed. The breakfast had a wide assortment of different options. I liked the granola. The location near the train station was good.
My room was small. I could clearly hear people next to me. Mattresses felt too soft. I did not find any fridge.
