The room was quite small (the hotel should invest in larger rooms). The bathroom lacked heating, so it felt COLD in there. the price felt excessive considering what the hotel offered (a price adjustment would be appreciated). I think breakfast should have been included in the reservation, but it wasn't.

i really appreciated the attention to detail. my room had a reusable water bottle i could take into the city. a sleep mask was provided near the bed, and there was even a hairbrush in the bathroom. i found my suite to be very clean. i would definitely return.

Check-in was indeed quick and easy. Breakfast offered healthy options, including ginger shots (a nice touch). The staff was always helpful and kind. The location was excellent with a quick walk to the train station.
My room was a bit small. ( it was manageable.)

the location worked great for accessing restaurants and city sights. the hotel design felt luxe and maintained a cool vibe throughout. i found the personnel consistently polite. the bath products included added a special touch to the experience.
i did notice the lack of air conditioning in the room.

I found a couple of things disappointing. First, the housekeeping was inconsistent (I expect better at this price point). Our door also wasn't locked after housekeeping visited FOUR times. We reported it each day, but NOTHING happened. I think that is unacceptable.
