fixed heating poor service
i must say , the room's heating was STUCK at 24°C. i visited during the summer , so naturally, it reminded me of a sauna. i contacted reception , expecting SOME assistance since i couldn't sleep, but they just shrugged and said nothing could be done. frankly , that level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the price per night.

The double pane windows really blocked outside noise. Blackout curtains helped me sleep very well. Breakfast included many options. I noted Christina at the front desk was very helpful.. the breakfast staff also did a great job.
The room did feel a little small, yet it was manageable for my short stay.

The facilities were very nice. the rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views of the area. breakfast was wonderful. The size of the portions seemed appropriate, served in nice glass jars. i found it convenient that the hotel offers bike rentals directly onsite.
the hotel is a bit outside the main city center, though public transport is readily accessible.

The room I had was beautiful. The decor of the room and the hotel was GREAT. The views from the rooftop were also amazing!!! The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The metro station required a 10 minute walk over cobblestone. It was not ideal for big suitcases since you also need to go around the building or drag them up some flights of stairs.

wonderful stay
attentive staff complimentary wine amazing view rooftop restaurant
i had a really good experience here. the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i enjoyed the complimentary wine offered in the afternoons. also, breakfast at the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the area.
the gym was a bit small and lacked some equipment i would have liked to use. however, this was a minor inconvenience overall.
