the breakfast was very good a wide selection was available. the hotel has beautiful grounds i enjoyed exploring. the rooms were comfortable providing privacy.
the pillows were very firm i found it difficult to get comfortable. there was a scratching noise all night it kept me awake. the reception didn't call back after i reported the noise.

This legendary hotel sits in a traditional grand country house parkland setting. I found a long tree-flanked drive, and i noted the historically important and diverse town nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was a long-planned adventure for me. I appreciated the very comfortable rooms for much needed rest.
The hallways seemed a bit weary, i think they're going to redo them.

A swimming pool is on site, and it seemed like a great draw. I also found a leisure center that seemed well-equipped and i was pleased to find it. These facilities offer relaxation and recreation.

The room standard was good, i found everything very clean. The room was very comfortable. I rested peacefully after a long day. The rooms provided a serene and cute atmosphere after my travels.

Breakfast was fairly basic. I chose cereal and yoghurt. The bar was open. I saw other guests relaxing there. The dining options were adequate, even if simple, and it suited my needs.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. I noticed Holly at reception was particularly helpful. I was happy with the service i received. It. all the staff where smiling.

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Great options were available. I also liked the gym because it had great equipment. The staff looked friendly and always were willing to help.
The carpet in the bedroom looked worn out. The bathroom near the bar was not clean. I think the hotel is still upgrading.

I found the gym and spa seriously good. the gym is a real gym, not the usual spa-attached stuff. I could do cardio and yoga. a big, well-equipped gym and a real finnish sauna are next to the pool. the service was excellent with casual, cute, effective, and polite staff.
the bar and restaurant area is not very inviting.

The gym is well-equipped and quite extensive and the Finnish sauna near the pool provided a relaxing experience. I found the service to be really good with a cute atmosphere. The staff was casual yet polite creating a very hospitable stay and the rooms are relatively spacious with comfortable beds and a kettle. Breakfast had standard food options with great presentation.
I noticed the prices were slightly high for certain amenities. This aspect could potentially affect the overall value proposition for some guests.

the bedroom was fine and large.
the pillows seemed like rocks to me. i noticed dirt and a bug in the bath.. it really bothered me. all night, i heard scratching and tapping sounds. i contacted reception, but they left me waiting thirty minutes without calling back.
