the check-in was smooth with a helpful receptionist. she even arranged for us to have a quick meal as we arrived late with a baby, a very thoughtful gesture. the room was clean and well maintained! i found the provision of a travel cot and blankets very convenient.
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture, with some paint chipping. it didn't affect my stay, though i hope they can fix that soon!

The room felt a little dated. i noticed some wear and tear. also, the breakfast buffet wasn't great. The selection of pastries seemed limited, and items ran out quickly. the staff seemed slow to refill them. i also found the noise from the street quite disruptive during the night.

The staff was cute, especially the receptionist. i stayed in a spacious family room with three beds. the bathroom was adapted for someone with disabilities. It did not bother me. i found parking tight initially, but i used their other parking area just two minutes away.

the hotel location is very convenient. it is a short walk to both historic sites and the town centre. many beautiful walkways are nearby who like walks, providing many opportunities for outdoor activities.

the breakfast is made to order which i like, and i hate buffet style hot dishes. i had the veggie breakfast, and it was delicious. the bar food was lovely and tasty. the hotel has another parking area just 2 minutes walk away! though the first parking area can be tight
