The lady at check-in was very cute. I found the food to be excellent. The service was very efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful. I was happy.
The air conditioning in the room did not work, and I only noticed this when I returned to a warm room at 11:30 p.m.!

decent stay near public transport
luas linegood foodbroken air conditioningslow service
the hotel is next to the luas line. this made getting into the city center easy (it takes about 40 minutes). the hotel also has an onsite eatery with good food.
The room's air conditioning wasn't working. there was a noisy tower fan in the corner instead (i think the hotel knew about the air con issue). breakfast service was also slow. Tables that arrived after us were served first.
