The location within the cathedral grounds was really good. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night after the gates closed. Breakfast offered good value with tasty options. Parking being included was a great bonus, especially given the city center location.
The room I had was quite small. the water pressure from the sink tap was not great, a bit inconvenient.

A Convenient Stay

helpful staffbreakfast selectiononsite parkingsmall doublecheap pillowsawkward bathroom
The location provided easy access to the cathedral grounds. Staff were helpful with directions and information. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of pastries and fruit. It was nice to have parking available onsite.
My room in the Burgate building was a bit of a letdown. The bed was a small double, and the pillows felt cheap. The bathroom layout felt awkward, it needed better organization.

i loved the restaurant area. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. allergies were easily catered for. i also got discounts at local restaurants and the cathedral shop.
the room was smaller than i expected. i was on the ground level so i was not able to open the curtains for privacy. i could hear the cathedral bells and the hoover in the mornings.
