great location easy check-in helpful housekeeper comfortable bed

The location suited me well because it was near the aviva stadium. self check-in was easy, and i accessed my room without issues! the housekeeper promptly helped when i needed extra towels. I appreciated that support. the bed offered proper rest after a long day.

the window insulation needs improvement as street noise was quite noticeable.

the staff answered questions i had it seemed enough

my room was not properly cleaned when i arrived there was foodstuffs from previous occupants left in drawers accommodations felt a bit run down i guess it could have been worse

clean furnishing helpful team

the room was comfortable and i appreciated the nice coffee options. the lounging area offered loads of books and smart, clean furnishings. (it seemed like a small, personal library) i accidentally left my ring on the basin. the reception team and house keeping were helpful in finding it and sending it back to me in south africa.

the location was a little noisy because of the busy road nearby.

excellent lodging experience

convenient location extra heater tidy room

the location was close to the dart, which i found nice. self check-in worked fine for me. the staff was kind enough to leave an extra heater in the room when they noted my request, helpful, and the bed proved both comfortable and nice. the room i occupied presented itself as tidy.

i did find that a person is missed at the reception.

the room featured blackout curtains that served well in darkening the space for sleeping, a detail i find particularly useful. also, i appreciated the presence of both an iron and an ironing board, as well as coffee and tea making facilities.

tasteful decoration excellent pressure

the building had fine decoration. the common room included lots of books. the water pressure was excellent in the large bathtub.

the nearest car park required a fifteen minute walk.

great location easy process cold room drafty windows

the location was great because i was attending an event at the aviva stadium. the self check in process was easy, and i found my room ready even earlier than expected.

the room felt quite cold because of drafty, old windows. while extra blankets were available, upgrading the windows would improve the comfort.
