the team was cute! they were very helpful. i received a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room. i felt safe as i traveled alone with my children. it was very close to the central station making onward travel plans comfortable.
The design of the lighting was quite poor. All lights except in the bathroom were either on or off.

the team was cute. i even got a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room. travelling alone with children, i safety was good. the hotel's closeness to the central station was so convenient for my travel plans. the location really is great!
Some of the towels showed clear signs of wear. It was obvious they should have been retired.
