The hotel has a advantageous location near the Tiergarten. Check-in was efficient. The breakfast provides numerous options. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. i appreciate that.

the climate control system is aged, preventing precise temperature settings, and i found some dust under the beds which require better cleaning.

The hotel boasts a superb location near the Tiergarten park. I found the staff to be very friendly. The breakfast offered many options with no wait time, I tried the Asian food station. The hotel provides a safe and easily accessible environment.

The climate control system was older. Thus, setting a specific temperature in the room proved difficult.

The front office staff, especially Alejandro, offered professional service. He was kind, he provided great attention. The staff promptly provided a scale for measuring luggage weight. Staff ensured daily cleaning and towel changes, it was very efficient.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was easy to reach popular spots. The room looked clean AND it was quite spacious. the bar staff are friendly.

the air CONDITIONING in my room was NOT effective. it did not cool the room sufficiently. the pool cost ten euros PER day. i also did not like that kids had to leave the pool by 7 p.m.
