unacceptable policy poor tv selection

the location was great, very near the central station. it was quiet too.

our room wasnt cleaned, and the bed wasnt made. i asked why, and they said it was company policy. this is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. there was also no proper tv selection.

great location early check-in heating rod shower flood missing discount alternative room

the location provided fantastic access to transport options, i walked just two minutes to the station. early check-in was available, it helped us settle into the trip. we also had a heating rod, i used it for drying clothes.

the shower flooded, i told staff. they gave us towels to mop it up, a discount was not offered. we were not offered an alternative room, i felt a little ignored.

the hotel is in a prime location, conveniently situated near public transport hubs. i found the room to be adequately sized and well-kept. the shower worked great, and i appreciated the availability of complimentary local transport tickets. i was pleased with the service i received from the reception staff, as they were consistently friendly and helpful.

the hotel's entrance hall had a somewhat dark ambiance, which might not appeal to all guests.

I found the hotel's proximity to the main train station quite useful. The room offered adequate space for my needs. I found the breakfast included many options. The staff was always willing to help.

The lack of a kettle in the room was an inconvenience. I had to go to the lobby for hot water.

My room had great size, I loved it! The bathroom was also nice. The lobby looked very modern to me, I thought it was fine.

The room wasn't setup correctly for a couple, which took two trips to sort out. A compendium for the operation of facilities would be an advantage though!

the hotel is conveniently close to the main train station. this made getting around the city very easy. the breakfast selection was excellent. i appreciated the variety of options available each morning.
