Charming Stay in the Heart of the City
convenient location cute staff clean room fresh towels
I found the location convenient. It's close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was cute, and the room was very clean (this is always a huge plus for me!). The room had fresh towels daily and opening the window for fresh air was nice.
The TV channel selection was somewhat limited.

The hotel offers a 10% discount at the Italian restaurant. The restaurant has a great location just off a main street with many tube stations and bus routes nearby. Their pizzas are amazing!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their assistance with our luggage upon arrival (such a thoughtful gesture!). I found the staff consistently polite .

The room had posh teas, towels and facilities. There was well heated room and comfy beds. I slept well. The location was close to the tube station which was ideal.

Clean Hotel Near Oxford Street
great location friendly staff
The location was excellent near Oxford Street. The staff let me keep my luggage after checkout. I liked that friendly staff a lot.
The room felt too small. It was difficult for two people to move around freely. I would not recommend that small room.

The reception staff was very kind. They were also helpful with directions. The hotel was willing to ship my keys, I forgot it there, to my house.

location good, room disappointing
floor cleaning radiator dust
the room cleaning was not good. the floor was not properly cleaned despite not having a carpet. i also found old cobwebs on the windows (they must have been there for ages) and the radiator was full of dust. i was so annoyed (it felt unhealthy).
