Clean Hotel Near Oxford Street

The location was excellent near Oxford Street. The staff let me keep my luggage after checkout. I liked that friendly staff a lot.
The room felt too small. It was difficult for two people to move around freely. I would not recommend that small room.

The reception staff was very kind. They were also helpful with directions. The hotel was willing to ship my keys, I forgot it there, to my house.

location good, room disappointing
floor cleaningradiator dust
the room cleaning was not good. the floor was not properly cleaned despite not having a carpet. i also found old cobwebs on the windows (they must have been there for ages) and the radiator was full of dust. i was so annoyed (it felt unhealthy).
