The location is excellent, right next to paddington station. i could easily access restaurants and souvenir shops. the staff was helpful. They offered useful suggestions for local spots to visit. the room was clean.

I found the room to be very small. there was also no wardrobe. Only a rack was available.

i found the location convenient, close to the train station. the staff carried luggage from the entrance. amenities included tea and coffee making facilities. i really appreciated the provided bath towel.

The room did not have air conditioning as advertised. This. bathrooms lacked counter space. the sink was small, so it was difficult to wash without making a mess. i also thought it was very loud.

The hotel's closeness to paddington station was very useful. It made getting around so simple. i was greeted warmly each time i entered, and the staff always smiled. the number of restaurants nearby was also a plus! there were many different cuisines to select from.

The shared toilet situation was not ideal, especially since it was on a different floor. i was expecting a private bathroom within the room.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is very close to paddington station, very convenient for getting around. mehdi provided great tips, and he was accommodating to my needs. i would definitely stay here again.

The stairs were steep. i had to walk up a few flights of stairs, and it was quite narrow.
