the location was convenient, especially since i needed quick access to st pancras station. the room was clean, and it included everything i needed for a few nights. the decor was also quite nice. it was very quiet too, which i appreciated so much after long days.

the hotel has a 24-hour reception that provides assistance at any time, ensuring someone is always available. luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, awesome for flexible sightseeing. this service definitely eased my travel plans.

the staff members were friendly and helpful, always approachable with a smile. they provided quick answers to my queries and offered thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants. the entire team created a very cute environment.

fantastic stay near kings cross!

i found the staff super friendly they helped immediately when i needed extra pillows i stayed in a large room it had a really good shower it was refreshing the location is awesome close to everything

i did notice that the hallways looked a little worn it wasnt a huge deal but i did spot it

the double room i had was quite spacious i loved that i could open a window plus it included controllable heating to adjust the room temperature there was also an iron with an ironing board available

the hotel is close to kings cross station , made it super easy to get around the bus stop is also right nearby i was able to travel to pretty much anywhere in the city with no problems

i liked that the television had lots of channels there was a safe in the room for my things the staff worked hard as i saw them painting some walls which means they keep on upgrading the facilities

my room was small. i could barely open my suitcase because there was no space. also, the wifi was spotty at best, barely usable for even basic tasks.
