wonderful stay
spacious room modern design soft linens shower area
The room was spacious with modern design. i noticed two big windows offered great sunlight. the bed have soft linens. the bathroom includes a separate shower area. It provides extra convenience.
i think the minibar prices were bit high. a small bottle water cost almost five euros. it felt expensive compared other local shops.

My room included a king size bed with plush pillows. a large television was mounted on the wall. i also saw a work desk with multiple power outlets. It helps for working.

non-functioning phone poor wi-fi
The phone in my room didn't work when I got there, very inconvenient. they have an online service to order room service, it didn't function at all. I did not understand the point if it does not work. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was very poor, made working difficult.

wide range beautiful common area rude staff low service
the buffet had a wide range of choices. the bathroom inside the bedroom was also very convenient.
the reception staff was not always helpful during check-in. i also noticed the bar forgot our drink order despite not many customers being present.

amazing variety comfortable room
the breakfast was an amazing variety. it had many spanish products, it felt thoughtful. the room was very super clean and cozy, everything i wanted.
the bathroom proved a bit slippery. there were no high grab bars near the tub, i feel safer with better support.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. breakfast offered a magnificent quality and a great variety of choices. the bar amenities created an enjoyable atmosphere unlike other establishments, it felt alive.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit tricky to adjust, i could not quite figure it out.

breakfast featured an excellent variety of options to choose from. the selection included both light pancakes and delicious french omelets. i found each dish fresh and tasty, a great start to the day.

the room was quite spacious with comfortable bedding. i found it provided a perfect haven for relaxation. the towels felt almost brand new adding a touch of luxury to the stay. there was a tv, a mini bar and coffee making facilities.
