minimal space inadequate storage
The staff was acceptable. They performed their duties without major issues.
I found the lack of adequate storage quite disappointing. the room offered minimal space for personal belongings. there were no hangers on the wall for coats. This created inconvenience given the weather . a serious oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

central location spacious room balcony space
the hotel is close to several metro stations. i found many attractions within walking distance. the room i had was clean and spacious (it was a disability-friendly room). i also liked that the room included a balcony with abundant light.
the room decor seemed slightly worn, suggesting it could use some redecorating.

staff members were friendly and helpful. the regular check-out time is at 12 pm. personnel seemed very kind and helpful (i appreciated their attentiveness).

the hotel has an excellent central location between two metro stations. i found major attractions within walking distance. many restaurants are nearby. the gran via is also a few minutes away on foot.

helpful personnel gluten-free options good room
the helpful personnel at the reception charmed me immediately they helped with every request i had. the breakfast was quite delicious i especially liked the variety of gluten-free options. the room size was good enough for two people a definite plus for short stays.
storage in the room was pretty limited i struggled to find space for all my belongings.

amazing location helpful staff comfortable bed
the location was amazing! it was close to many attractions i wanted to see. i found the staff always ready to help, providing useful directions. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after long days.
The gym equipment looked quite old. It lacked modern features and some machines needed maintenance.
