The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was fabulous with many restaurants and bars nearby. The upper floor corner premium room looked onto the main road with a gorgeous fountain, but it was VERY quiet at night.

i arrived and there was NO bell boy. the bar and restaurant was COMPLETELY unattended.

the location was excellent. it was immediately outside the metro stop, convenient (i hate walking).

i arrived and there was no bell boy. i had to carry my own luggage.
