a haven of rest

i enjoyed the generous space of the triple room, it was ideal for spreading out. the nearby metro station made traveling around the city so easy. the staff exhibited an unyielding kindness , made all the difference. i found the breakfast selection very diverse with fresh and delicious options.

i encountered an issue with the air conditioning during the evenings, this did make the room a bit too warm at night. it impacted my sleep quality.

The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. I saw a good coffee and a nice pastry selection. multiple hams and cheeses were on display, alongside salads and other good items. a la carte options included fried or boiled eggs. omelettes and bacon.

the hotel sits near an underground station, which grants easy access to many places. several restaurants and shops surround the hotel, giving many dining options. a taxi drive to the airport took about 10-15 minutes, this offered a quick transfer.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They always provided assistance with a smile. belin at reception was helpful and gave excellent transport advice. paola and maria welcomed me anytime. the service was attentive and thoughtful.

The triple room was spacious, CLEAN and tidy, offering a relaxing environment. it included an ac unit that functioned well, maintaining a good temperature. the bathroom was equipped with shaving and skiving kits. They enhanced convenience.

the staff were helpful and the room was spacious enough.

I was frustrated that the air conditioning wasn't working. The room was unbelievably hot. i had to open the windows just to get some sleep, but then the noise from the street kept me awake ALL night. plus, the furniture looked really old and worn out, definitely not worth the money i paid.

I found the employees super helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. The hotel is close to the metro station and bus lines making travel around the area EASY (which is a plus!).

The room walls could use some touch-ups.

My room included an extra-large bed, which I found quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was not too soft, a quality I VERY much appreciated. A double sofa bed and a table were also available for work or enjoying tea.

staff was super friendly and always smiling. they gave me directions to the nearest metro station. the breakfast buffet had tons of options. i also liked that the room had a spacious seating area. that helped a lot when i had visitors.

the air conditioning in my room did not work that well. it was a bit too warm, especially during the day. i hope they fix that soon.

The air conditioning stopped working in the evening. The rooms became uncomfortably warm. noise was also a significant issue, as the rooms are not soundproof. small beds were provided and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. i expected better.
