lacking sound insulation quick entry

the room was clean and well prepared it had all facilities available

i found the sound insulation lacking i could clearly hear my neighbors it felt as if we shared the room i also noticed a staff member entered my room too quickly after knocking there was no time to respond

The breakfast was good. Many options were available. the staff gave a hand every time.

I FORGOT two items in my room and realised after checking out. i called the hotel two times. They told me to email the reception. I emailed them twice. They never wrote back. i then called again. They said they didn't find anything in the room.

the location is great near the san bernardo metro station. the gym had a wide range of machines. breakfast included a complete selection of foods.

i forgot items in my room and had to go back to get them. i emailed the reception twice and they did not write back. i called and they said they did not find anything.
