The location is AMAZING!!! it sits right on gran via, so everything is super accessible. breakfast was also quite good. I found a nice variety of options.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. the staff was very friendly and helpful at breakfast time. the location is excellent for transit, shopping and food.

the air conditioning did not work well and it was hot. the beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. the bathroom counter had not been cleaned well. i wiped it and it was dirty.

the hotel's location placed me near Gran Via square it was a short walk of about 100 meters also the metro access was convenient as it was right in front of the building the room cleaning was efficient throughout my stay.

the hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient
