the location was excellent. i found the staff friendly and helpful, always available when needed. the room cleaning was done efficiently. the breakfast buffet was excellent in the morning.

The room was quite small for the price. i also found it fairly loud. I could clearly hear other people within the hotel. there was no fridge in the room.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. the staff was very friendly and helpful at breakfast time. the location is excellent for transit, shopping and food.

the air conditioning did not work well and it was hot. the beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. the bathroom counter had not been cleaned well. i wiped it and it was dirty.

the hotel's location placed me near Gran Via square it was a short walk of about 100 meters also the metro access was convenient as it was right in front of the building the room cleaning was efficient throughout my stay.

the hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient
