The room had air conditioning. It worked very well. I slept in a Double or Twin Room. It was very clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods. I saw fruit, eggs, and pastries.
The elevator was slow, but it worked.

the hotel location is super central. i could walk to shopping areas in five minutes. the hotel is near public transportation. the breakfast was amazing. the staff was polite and pleasant.
the pillows were too high and too many, i did not sleep well because of that.

The location was central. I could walk to many attractions.
My room wasn't properly cleaned. I found someone else's hair in the shower. it was quite unpleasant and made me question the overall hygiene standards of the place.

the breakfast included varied local and international options and the service was professional. the restaurant offered a view directly onto the avenue. the location was excellent for accessing main attractions by foot. i was offered an upgrade and the staff were helpful.

The breakfast offered pancakes and churros. They had a nice cheese selection. There was also a good fruit selection. If I have a car, they have an arrangement with Callao Smart Park for a daily rate. It cost 27,5€ per day for hotel customers.
The bathroom shower floor was slippery. It was accident prone. I informed the house person who came to clean.
