i found the location amazing next to retiro park it's a short walk to many places. The reception staff were helpful . i liked that the hotel is opposite the retiro park and near paseo del prado. The manager offered excellent service .
The interior of the room seemed cheap. It felt retrofitted with particle board wardrobes and desks. This contrasted with the building's exterior and the neighborhood.

the breakfast was excellent with a large selection available each morning i stayed. There was homemade granola and a variety of fresh juices offered. Toni made eggs to order and offered multiple styles.

the staff was very friendly and cute throughout the hotel. The reception staff gave really good service and helped with all requests. i appreciated their friendliness and attentiveness .

the breakfast was excellent it had lots of options. the hostess made sure we had everything needed and was positive. i found boiled eggs every day and toni offered to make eggs any style. the granola was homemade and they provided a variety of fresh juices.
the air conditioning did not cool the room. it made very loud noises and definitely needs maintenance. i found the public areas were not very clean the room is smallish and the furniture is low quality.

The room felt quite cramped. There was also an issue with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated wildly (I mean, from scalding to cold!). This made it difficult to take a comfortable shower. I found this annoying. The maintenance should check that.
