the hotel is close to a big shopping center. i used the free shuttle bus to and from the airport and it was convenient. the hotel has a modern design. the room was quite large and very clean.
the seating was not comfortable. the bus service to the hotel took longer than expected i waited over an hour. the bar seemed lackluster and uninviting. it felt impersonal with minimal character.

unprofessional driverinconvenient experience
The shuttle service had issues. The driver refused to take me to the correct terminal and was unprofessional during the ride. This caused significant inconvenience with luggage. I found her behavior unacceptable for customer service.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Attention

I was annoyed by some things. The airport shuttle took longer than expected (about 30 minutes) even after I called upon arrival. This delay was frustrating early in the morning. The room's temperature was also off. The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy, and it was difficult to sleep well. These issues impacted my overall experience.
