clean bathroom airport transfer modern style
My room had a large, clean bathroom. The free airport transfer worked great. I appreciated the modern style of the family room. It was very big.
The shuttle driver seemed a little rude. He did not speak much.

spacious room fresh fruits constant logins shower mold
the spacious room felt very luxurious. the breakfast had a good selection with fresh fruits, it tasted delicious. i loved the complimentary shuttle to the airport, this was a blessing after a long travel day.
the wifi was a pain. it asked for constant logins and scanning of a qr code, a real hassle with my laptop. the bathroom, it has some mold in the showers.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport. I found this service punctual and easy to use. The rooms were spacious, providing ample space for luggage. The hotel is also a very new hotel.

shuttle bus airport shuttle modern design large room uncomfortable seating long wait bus service lackluster bar
the hotel is close to a big shopping center. i used the free shuttle bus to and from the airport and it was convenient. the hotel has a modern design. the room was quite large and very clean.
the seating was not comfortable. the bus service to the hotel took longer than expected i waited over an hour. the bar seemed lackluster and uninviting. it felt impersonal with minimal character.

unprofessional driver inconvenient experience
The shuttle service had issues. The driver refused to take me to the correct terminal and was unprofessional during the ride. This caused significant inconvenience with luggage. I found her behavior unacceptable for customer service.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Attention
delayed shuttle poor air conditioning
I was annoyed by some things. The airport shuttle took longer than expected (about 30 minutes) even after I called upon arrival. This delay was frustrating early in the morning. The room's temperature was also off. The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy, and it was difficult to sleep well. These issues impacted my overall experience.
