inconvenient temperature control no guest priority

The temperature control in the room was a major issue. I was unable to adjust the temperature myself. I had to call the front desk each time. This was very inconvenient especially late at night. Also I found the lack of priority for hotel guests at the rooftop bar disappointing. I had to ask the staff to move because outside guests with reservations had priority even when I waited for a taxi.
