the hotel is located very conveniently. it's within walking distance to many attractions. breakfast had good quality food (i especially liked the omelets!).
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from other rooms. the room lacked expected amenities. (no complimentary water, which i found unusual).

the location was amazing. i could easily walk to many places. the breakfast offered many choices. i liked the superior double or twin room, it was spacious and clean.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect. i could hear some street noise at night. i wish it was quieter.

the hotel had a superb location close to everything! the staff were friendly, and they kept the rooms very clean. the breakfast included high-quality items, even though it wasn't very diverse.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is right in the middle of a pedestrian street connecting opera and puerta del sol. plaza mayor and the madrid market are just a short walk away. it was really convenient!

My room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came every day to keep it fresh! the king-size bed was possibly the most comfortable i have ever experienced in a hotel. i slept so well every night!

I liked the great location. It was close to the metro and many restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and always ready to help. That was nice.
The lobby looked quite shabby, with dirty rugs and gaudy decorations everywhere. the hallways had cheap decorations. It was quite disappointing.
