The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby museums. I enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snacks. The lobby offered comfortable seating. The turndown service included chocolates each night.

central location generous breakfast
the hotel has a central location, very close to major sights. i had a generous breakfast that offered great variety.
The bar was not open in the afternoon. There was no coffee available in the morning.

location, so-so everything else.
poor view inconsistent temperature
the location is convenient, with access to many attractions.
The room i received was quite underwhelming. It reminded me of a glorified attic space with barely any view. the window was positioned high up, offering a look at the roof. the shower's temperature control was problematic! it alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot water, really.

reception staff comfortable room lacking storage slippy floor
the reception staff welcomed me warmly.. i found them nice and always ready to assist. our double or twin room was quiet and comfortable, a true haven after a day of explorations.
i noticed the room lacked storage, a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. the bathroom floor felt quite slippy, so extra care was needed.
