The location was perfect. Everything felt so accessible. the staff was attentive and friendly, especially christina cordero, who helped us with everything. the hotel is clean, and i found the rooms very decent.

i found no pen or paper in the room. also, the room faces another building, so there's limited sunlight or privacy. it wasn't a big deal, but it's worth noting.

The location was perfect. the staff was super nice. they helped us change our reservation. It was very very nice.

there were not a lot of choices in breakfast. we stayed there in a crowded time of year and guest relation did not help us even for taxi! it was weird.
