check-in was slow, with only one person working when i got there late at night. several of us waited. the staff are kind, i admit, but they are really understaffed. this made things very slow and frustrating after a long flight. the room was also tiny, so there wasnt much space for my luggage.

I found a clean, modern room with all the essentials (it really had everything i needed). the hotel provided an airport shuttle, super convenient. i also appreciated the friendly staff. They were helpful with directions.

the vending machine was out of order, so i couldn't get a late-night snack (it was a minor inconvenience, though).

the room felt super clean and spacious. the staff (they were so cheerful!) provided a really friendly service. i used the shuttle service to and from the airport, a great perk considering how close it is.

i noticed the hotel website mentioned air conditioning in all rooms, yet the central system was set to heating , made the room a bit too warm.

The room was very clean, i found the bed comfortable. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a good temperature. i also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. It was efficient and on time.
