the staff were kind and helpful! the entire hotel was clean and the temperature inside was always comfortable. breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food each morning! i appreciated having a room dedicated to storing luggage after checking out.
i found the shower pressure to be slightly less powerful than i prefer.

i found the location very convenient to atocha station. it made travel to the airport easy. the staff at reception assisted me quickly. the lobby offered ample seating, a definite plus when i needed to wait.
the minibar was not restocked. this was a minor inconvenience, not a major issue.

The location was near the train station. It was easy to walk with luggage. The front desk offered helpful service around the clock. I found that feature useful when catching an early flight.
The air conditioning was quite loud. It sometimes disrupted sleep.
