amazing stay!
helpful staff clean hotel fresh food luggage room
the staff were kind and helpful! the entire hotel was clean and the temperature inside was always comfortable. breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food each morning! i appreciated having a room dedicated to storing luggage after checking out.
i found the shower pressure to be slightly less powerful than i prefer.

excellent stay near atocha station
convenient location easy travel helpful staff ample seating
i found the location very convenient to atocha station. it made travel to the airport easy. the staff at reception assisted me quickly. the lobby offered ample seating, a definite plus when i needed to wait.
the minibar was not restocked. this was a minor inconvenience, not a major issue.

the staff demonstrated excellent service. miguel from staff helped me locate a lost item. this thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated, so my experience was very smooth.

Convenient Stay Near Atocha
convenient location helpful service early flight
The location was near the train station. It was easy to walk with luggage. The front desk offered helpful service around the clock. I found that feature useful when catching an early flight.
The air conditioning was quite loud. It sometimes disrupted sleep.

train station mini balcony
The hotel's proximity to the train station proved useful for my travel plans. the room also had a mini balcony. It was a welcome addition.
the lifts seemed rather dated and moved slowly.
