Excellent Stay in Prime Location
helpful agent excellent location friendly staff
Ivan at the front desk was helpful. He provided assistance before my arrival and facilitated an early check-in. The location is excellent with easy access to attractions and the Metro. The staff supported an unexpected meeting I had, they were very friendly and ready to help.
The room had two separate beds pushed together instead of one large double bed as described. This created an inconvenient gap.
Location
10/10
The hotel benefits from its superb central location. I found many main attractions within walking distance. The proximity to the Metro is convenient.
Rooms
9/10
My room had a comfortable bed with soft large towels. The room included a spacious clean environment. A lovely balcony gave superb views.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff members are courteous. They are eager to assist guests with any requests. I enjoyed the cute smiles I saw in the cafe.
