the location was fantastic, near many restaurants and shops. the hotel restaurant had superb food (the paella was lovely!). i liked the free minibar, restocked daily. it really added a touch of luxury.
i found that the soundproofing could be improved. i could hear some street noise at night. this occasionally disturbed my sleep.

The location is seriously amazing! you are super close to everything. the staff were attentive to every need i had. the room felt spacious and the terrace was a total bonus. It added a layer of privacy and relaxation after those long days exploring.
the breakfast price felt a tad high for the buffet options available. i think there could be more value there.

Ivan at the front desk was helpful. He provided assistance before my arrival and facilitated an early check-in. The location is excellent with easy access to attractions and the Metro. The staff supported an unexpected meeting I had, they were very friendly and ready to help.
The room had two separate beds pushed together instead of one large double bed as described. This created an inconvenient gap.
