The location was acceptable, right on the Plaza Mayor.

The room was poorly designed. The bathroom wasn't separate and the toilet wall did not reach the ceiling. This offered no privacy. Evening dining was limited to bar type food and was expensive.

the location proved convenient for accessing key attractions. the breakfast buffet was a highlight with a good variety. the staff members at the front desk offered valuable suggestions regarding local restaurants.

the room size was smaller than expected. the spa area felt limited in size. the rooftop pool closed relatively early at 7pm each day, which i found inconvenient.

great location rooftop pool comfortable bed no ventilation dirty carpet smelly carpet

the hotel location was great. it was easy to reach many historical places and restaurants. the rooftop pool was lovely. the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds i have ever slept on.

the bathroom had no ventilation. part of the bathroom was inside the room. the carpet was dirty and a little smelly.
