the front desk staff were very helpful. the room was clean and spacious. the location was good for exploring and very walkable to many destinations.

The bar was closed for refurbishment. there were major road works outside the hotel monday through friday, from 8am to 6pm. It was noisy. skateboarders were directly outside the hotel every day from 4pm till late evening (i could not open balcony doors because of the noise).

the synthetic air freshener smell was REALLY bad. it came through the ventilation system, and i felt unwell.

The hotel's location is convenient, and it is within easy walking distance of major attractions. The staff at the front desk were helpful and made excellent recommendations (I liked their suggestions for local eateries). I found the underground car park very useful. The staff there was very kind and efficient.

I noticed that the bar was closed for refurbishment .

The room had comfortable beds and pillows ensuring a good night's sleep, despite the thin walls. A minibar with complimentary refreshments was available, and the beverages were replenished each day.
