Adequate Stay at a Central Location

great location knowledgeable reception comfortable bed thin walls no tea rude receptionist

The location are great. The reception desk was well staffed and they were knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. This room provided all standard amenities for a reasonable price.

The rooms were not soundproof. I could hear people talking next door late into the night. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I asked for hot water for a flask and was refused. I was told they don't provide that service.

Decent stay for the price

perfect location easy metro access close restaurant no warning early morning

I really liked how close this place was to everything. The metro station was like it was right outside (just 10 metres!). Some great restaurants were also easy to reach. The Reina Sofia was super close too.

This started early in the morning (no one warned me about this). I asked at the reception and they said it was just an air conditioner replacement but the noise kept restarting the next morning.

convenient location train station exterior window air condition

i found the location very convenient for my travel plans. it was easy to get to the train station from there (which was the main reason i chose this place).

the hotel room had no exterior window for fresh air. there was only a view of an internal air condition ventilator. (i guess i should have asked about it).

The location is quite convenient near the central train station. I found several spots to have a quick meal nearby. The staff was always available and ready to help with directions. The rooms were very clean (which I always appreciate).

The room was a bit small. This was not a big issue, but worth noting.
