The restaurant serves modern Mediterranean food, including tomato tartare with Monte Enebro goat's cheese, rice with carabinero red prawns, and a Galician beef burger. For breakfast, guests can choose Eggs Benedict with salmon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs with sausages and bacon, an omelet with ham and cheese, or avocado toast with salmon. Rooftop Pool & Terrace
Dear Hotel features a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool. The rooftop terrace offers 360o sights of Madrid. The hotel provides a sky pool. Guests have free access to the terrace and sky pool, which is open from 12 noon to 8pm year-round without lifeguard surveillance. The pool is not heated. It is not allowed to bring outside food and drinks.
