The staff at the reception was very helpful. the hotel is close to public transport. Atocha rail station is nearby. i noticed some corridor noise occasionally, especially sounds like items dropping. It wasn't a major issue.
There was no wardrobe or drawers. I found clothing storage slightly challenging.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free tea, coffee, and soft drinks available. Having a relaxing space to sit while drinking them was great! The room was good. The bed was very comfy, and the shower was awesome.
There was no means of storing any of our clothes in the room (no drawers or wardrobe) other than a shelf and high hanger rail and the room was small so storage was an issue.

The metro is easily accessible from this location. Many dining options are nearby. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city and accessing transportation. You're never far from something interesting!

The rooftop terrace offered a cheerful atmosphere. I enjoyed the great music and complimentary hot drinks. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, artisan breads and cheeses. hot coffee! The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were cute and helpful! the lobby offers complimentary beverages, a nice perk. i found the location excellent, with easy access to the estación de arte metro station. the consigna service proved very convenient for storing luggage after checkout. I deposited both my suitcase and backpack in one locker for just €1.
The room lacked dedicated space to place items near the sink. There was very little counter space. it made organizing toiletries a bit difficult.

the location was acceptable, it was near the train station.
the room lacked comfort. there wasn't enough counter space near the sink, difficult to place my things. i even saw a small insect on the bathroom floor, that was disgusting, the bathroom door was full of dust.
