The free airport shuttle was a GREAT benefit, it saved taxi fares. My room was clean and a good size. I found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I could not adjust the room temperature. This made it hard to get comfortable overnight.

Staff members were attentive. They provided quick check-in and assistance with the shuttle. Staff addressed questions promptly and helped with my luggage. I appreciated their assistance. The reception area had comfortable seating.

the airport shuttle was very convenient (it saved me a taxi fare).

I was quite disappointed by the room temperature. the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so i couldn't adjust it. it was too warm, uncomfortable especially after a long day of traveling. also, the breakfast items like eggs and sausages were cold. They weren't enjoyable at all.
