it was super convenient , especially traveling with luggage. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. sixt, a car rental company, has a location next to the reception, made picking up a rental car easy after traveling.
i found the room door difficult to open. it required considerable strength , and this posed a problem for my wife. the door's weight made entering and exiting inconvenient.

the breakfast bar was amazing, i loved the variety! it had everything i could want. also, the staff were courteous and helpful. the hotel's proximity to restaurants and shopping was very convenient.
The pillows were too soft. I did not sleep very well.

my room was quite clean and the bed felt comfortable. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful especially miriyam salllam. she assisted me in a great way. breakfast provided a good selection.
the gym had limited space during peak hours which was somewhat restrictive.

the hotel sits very close to public transportation making it easy to explore nearby attractions. there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, with a lot of conveniences. overall, the location felt very central.

the hotel had a little shop inside where i could buy drinks and snacks. also, the location was very convenient. grocery stores were directly across the street. public transit was directly outside the hotel. the s-bahn stop was right there.
there werent free bottles of water provided in my room. the cheapest hotels usually offer complimentary water. i was charged for water.
