cold room absent heater
The location was acceptable. It was close to transportation.
The room was quite cold upon arrival. I asked about adjusting the central heating, but was told it had been switched off for the season despite the cold weather (it was snowing!). No alternative heating solutions were available after requesting a heater.

central location helpful staff free coffee small room missing glasses humming ventilation
The location allowed me to easily reach the city center. the staff was always ready to assist, which i found very endearing. i particularly adored the coffee bar that offered free coffee throughout my stay. It seemed like a warm invitation.
The room felt a bit small, almost overwhelmed by the bed. i missed having glasses or cups available. It made enjoying water in the room a little less convenient. the ventilation system seemed to have a constant hum, a sound that slightly disrupted the peace i was hoping for.
