You can easily visit many attractions by bike, electric scooter, public transit, or on foot. Munich Main Station provides direct links to all parts of the city. The subway station 'Hauptbahnhof' is located in the main train building complex of the train station. The Lufthansa airport bus to Central Station takes about as long as the S1 or S8. A comfortable shuttle-bus provided by Lufthansa leaves from outside the main train station to the airport. Alternatively, you can catch a train at Hauptabahnhof Nord directly to the airport terminals in 45 minutes, with no transfers. A taxi from Munich Airport to the hotel costs about €75.
