The breakfast was quite nice. The cleanliness was definitely 10/10. the location was good, approximately 15-20 minutes from marianplatz. it was also about 10 minutes from the train and bus station. The city center is there too.

the bed and the pillow were uncomfortable!

the location was convenient close to the main train station. supermarkets were also within walking distance offering easy access to groceries and other essentials.

the cleanliness in the bathroom was poor . i also noticed a bad smell in the bathroom which was unpleasant.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is within walking distance of the city center.

The room cleaning was not good. Even after I asked at the front desk, my room wasn't cleaned until the second day (i hate that). Room service only provided fresh towels. Beds were not made, and used coffee cups sat for days despite my request to have them removed by housekeeping.
