The superior family room one king bed city view was very spacious. the layout really made good use of the space and i could see the city!!! the bathroom had really good lighting. I loved the attention to detail.

i found that the minibar didn't work properly, a little inconvenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable with good linens. The location is very convenient and close to a metro station. The metro is two minutes away. Plaza de Espana is ten minutes away.

The air conditioning was difficult to understand. Shower caps were requested but not replaced daily. I found the laminate floor noisy when I walked. The shower often overflowed onto the floor.

The location was quite good. It was close to the center, but not too close. The room was spacious. The bathroom was big.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No staff informed us about it. The staff seemed unwilling to help. i asked for extra towels and slippers and they never came.
