The staff was nice and helpful. A cafe is accessible next to reception. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle. I used the shuttle in the morning, and it was problem free.
The room's lights did not turn on. The mattress was like a pyramid. I gave my baggage to the driver, and he left without me. Later, he gave back my luggage after some time.

I enjoyed several aspects of my stay. The proximity to transportation was convenient. also, i was happy with the cleanliness of the room. the staff offered quick and easy assistance during check-in.
the pillows were slightly too thin for my preference. i had to ask for extra ones.

lunch buffetinconvenient outlet
i encountered some issues the advertised lunch buffet was unavailable which was disappointing i also noticed that there wasn't a power outlet near the bed this made charging my devices inconvenient the furniture felt a bit outdated as well i found some of the drawers difficult to open and close properly the airport shuttle service only starts in the afternoon this was not ideal for my early arrival.
