the room was clean and seemingly well-kept.

My room faced an internal patio, so there wasn't much natural light. It felt a bit like a cave. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms, difficult to relax at times.

i found a lot of food options from different countries. breakfast was excellent with many choices. the staff helped recover a lost backpack. early checkin was a bonus i appreciated. carol at the reception did a fantastic job. she was very nice.

my room had a door to another rooms bathroom that was locked. i heard the guests in the other room. i was woken up early.
