the LOCATION proved adequate I expected accessibility to main attractions
the air conditioning system exhibited deficiencies it struggled to maintain a COMFORTABLE temperature i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre technicians addressed the issue but the problem persisted throughout my stay

the location was excellent for exploring. everything felt very close and accessible by foot. the breakfast had many selections. the staff were kind and helpful with my luggage.
the air conditioning did not work well. the room layout felt small. facilities like the rooftop and pool were often closed or too small.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings

hallway noise shower design
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway early each morning. Housekeeping carts often stood right outside my door. the shower design allowed water to splash all over the bathroom floor since it had no door. I had to use extra towels to prevent slipping. The hotel never addressed my concerns, even after I reported them.

reasonable stay

varied choice rooftop bar slow elevator slow check-in
the breakfast had plenty of choice. it was buffet style so you could eat AS MUCH or as little as you want. the pizza in the restaurant on our first night was great. there IS a nice rooftop bar.
the hotel has just 2 elevators. if you're living on high floors, you're wasting A LOT of time waiting for them. the whole check-in process was POOR. i waited almost 30 minutes.
