Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings

The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway early each morning. Housekeeping carts often stood right outside my door. the shower design allowed water to splash all over the bathroom floor since it had no door. I had to use extra towels to prevent slipping. The hotel never addressed my concerns, even after I reported them.

the breakfast had plenty of choice. it was buffet style so you could eat AS MUCH or as little as you want. the pizza in the restaurant on our first night was great. there IS a nice rooftop bar.
if you're living on high floors, you're wasting A LOT of time waiting for them. the whole check-in process was POOR. i waited almost 30 minutes.
