spacious room modern room plumbing issue hygiene concern
The room was spacious and modern. It provided everything needed. The hotel is located near public transport and some main city attractions, VERY convenient.
I encountered plumbing issues. The water from the taps was brown for a few minutes. This raised hygiene concerns that were not addressed properly. I think SOME resolution should have been reached.

fresh fruit convenient location
the breakfast buffet had a great selection (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location was very convenient with easy access to public transport.

mixed experience at hotel
sauna absence limited pool access
the location was acceptable, a short walk to plaza españa.
however, i was informed the hotel does not have a sauna. furthermore, pool access is limited to 40 minutes and requires a reservation. discussions with management did not result in compensation.

excellent location helpful staff tasty tapas clean area
the location was close to many attractions. i appreciate the helpful staff. the level experience included clean area. the tapas options were tasty.
the room layout felt weird. the desk made it difficult move around. i almost fell in the bathtub. it was very slippery.

spacious room clean room convenient metro station excellent housekeeping cold pool cold hot tub hotel scaffolding limited resource
the room was spacious and clean i found the metro station located conveniently nearby it was just around the corner. i appreciated the diverse breakfast options available there were many choices for different tastes. the hotel provided excellent housekeeping services they were quick when i requested an iron.
the pool was colder than i expected and so was the hot tub. the hotel hosted conferences and dinners which meant fewer resources were available to other guests.
