“What strikes me most is the commitment to hospitality; the homemade cakes upon arrival are a particularly welcoming touch. I appreciate the location near the train station and the walkable distance to Hereford's attractions; the breakfast served in the garden room is also a highlight, clearly prepared with care and local ingredients. dated decor needs attention

dated decorcarpet stains

i must say i was a bit disappointed. the room decor felt quite dated, and the furniture showed noticeable wear (chipped paint everywhere!). the cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed stains on the carpet and skirting. also, the bathroom blind was missing slats, compromising privacy because the window faced the road.
